A fade is the cut we do most at the Cape Coral shop on Pine Island Rd — and the one people ask for by a dozen different names. Low, mid, high, skin, burst: it is all the same idea, a gradient up the sides, and the whole game is where that gradient starts.
What a fade costs in Cape Coral
On our price list a fade is a specialty haircut — $30 (the same line covers flat tops and mohawks). Add a beard trim and it becomes the GOLD package, $35. Beard plus eyebrows is the PLATINUM package, $45. Between cuts, a line up is $10 and custom designs or graphics start at $30. The price is the same whether you walk in or book ahead.
Low, mid, high, skin, burst
- Low fade — hugs the ears. Clean, conservative, and it grows out politely.
- Mid fade — starts at the temples. The all-rounder most of our clients wear.
- High fade — starts near the parietal ridge and makes the top pop.
- Skin fade — taken all the way down to the razor for the sharpest contrast.
- Burst fade — curves around the ear instead of running straight; the one under most modern mullets and textured crops.
Not sure which one suits you? Bring a photo and tell your barber how your last cut grew out. He will place the line where it flatters the shape of your head — that is the part a photo on Instagram cannot decide for you. Our barbers work in English and Spanish, so explain it in whichever language is easier.
Walk in or book your chair
Walk-ins are welcome every day the Cape Coral shop is open. If you want a specific barber or a specific hour — especially on a Saturday — booking online on the Cape Coral page is the safer bet, and it costs exactly the same.
